Careers

Gritman is committed to being the region’s employer of choice. We strive to make Gritman the best health care facility for patients to receive care, physicians to practice medicine and professional employees to work.

If you’re looking for a place to grow and help others, we invite you to join our team.

Our Values

Every employee is a member of the Gritman family and each of us makes a promise to serve our mission and live the values of the Gritman Way:

Where We Live

The Palouse is named for the beautiful, rolling green hills that surround us. Moscow is a dynamic, diverse community centered in the “Knowledge Corridor.” This area connects two national research universities located just seven miles apart: University of Idaho in Moscow and Washington State University in Pullman.

Named livability.com’s “Best Place to Raise a Family” in 2018, Moscow is a clean, safe place to explore, learn, experience culture and enjoy the outdoor recreation and natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. The Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport (PUW) is just minutes from the hospital, offering several daily, nonstop flights to Seattle and Boise.
